Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a print or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of finishing equipment and processes.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing processes including cutting and laminating.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Implement quality assurance procedures throughout the finishing process.
