Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent with experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven track record in fabrication of MOS devices and electrical testing.
• Understanding of semiconductor device principles and wafer fab process variables.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate quality improvement initiatives in fab-based processes.
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with product quality engineers.
• Support audits and quality reporting activities.
• Participate in Serious Incident Reduction initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams for quality improvement efforts.
• Ensure manufacturing instructions meet quality requirements.
• Communicate ongoing quality issues effectively within the Group.
• Support and train Process Engineering and Engineering Assistants.
