Our strategy leans into the complexity of our journey and customers missions which we are delivering against, and this role will be central to the delivery of 2 of these pillars : Easy to Shop and Getting Personal – with a focus on Customer Account, Loyalty and Personalisation.
You will need a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback, be a key player across all stakeholders to fully understand their needs and problems to solve. Understand where the financial / growth / cost opportunities are, what levers you can pull on to create growth, and customer delight and translate this into a vision and roadmap.
