IDEX Consulting is partnered with a highly reputable, independent pension consultancy with key operation presence in Glasgow, Belfast and Manchester.
As Principal Pensions Administrator, you'll be the trusted expert for trustees and advisers‑owning Defined Benefit (DB) schemes end‑to‑end, authorising complex cases and guiding others to deliver great outcomes. You'll lead projects like buy‑ins, buyouts and GMP equalisation, attend trustee meetings and help shape smarter, more efficient pensions services.
You bring DB experience, deep technical knowledge, and confidence working directly with trustees. You're organised, commercially aware, and a natural mentor who delivers clarity and confidence under pressure.
PMI qualifications, strong presentation skills, and experience improving processes or leading large‑scale projects are a plus.
