A leading consultancy in nuclear safety is seeking a Principal Nuclear Safety Assessor to lead complex safety projects. A consultancy firm operating in the nuclear and high-hazard sectors is looking to expand its specialist Risk and Safety team. They are seeking aPrincipal Nuclear Safety Assessorto lead the delivery of complex safety projects and provide technical direction across a range of high-profile nuclear assignments.

This is a permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements, ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in both technical and leadership roles and want to contribute to nationally significant safety and infrastructure work.

As a Principal Nuclear Safety Assessor, youll be responsible for delivering and overseeing the production of safety case documentation, guiding junior team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. Youll work closely with engineers and safety specialists in areas such as Human Factors, Fire Safety, Radiological Shielding, and Criticality.
