Overview

This role leads the technical management of complex subsidence cases. You will provide expert investigation, solution design, and oversight of repair strategies, while mentoring engineers and influencing continuous improvement across the claims process.

Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise & Investigation

• Lead assessment and resolution of complex subsidence, heave, landslip and structural movement cases.
• Conduct detailed site investigations, interpret technical data and implement effective remediation solutions.
• Review historic and long-running cases to determine optimal technical pathways forward.
• Produce clear, accurate technical reports and cost assessments.
• Oversee repair works, ensuring compliance with CDM and H&S standards.

Claim & Project Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex technical claims.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and specialist engineers to scope and deliver repair solutions.
• Support refinement of repair methods, rates and procurement processes for improved efficiency.
