ustwo is seeking a Principal-level Client Partner to grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships valued in the multi-millions. You’ll own commercial growth, strategic direction and the health of your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

This hands-on role focuses on horizontal growth across divisions, geographies and new business units, with outbound activity and collaboration with global client partner teams.

• 10+ years in client services or business development within a digital agency or design/tech environment.
• Proven growth of multi-million client accounts across regions.
• Experience expanding services horizontally within existing clients.
• Skilled at networking into senior decision-makers and turning introductions into opportunities.

• Horizontal account growth by extending ustwo's services within client divisions and regions.
• Own revenue, profitability, and forecasting across multi-million accounts.
• Build and maintain account plans mapping decision makers and budgets.
• Serve as strategic partner to VP–Director stakeholders and broaden relationships.
