Job summary

Open Partners is seeking a Client Senior Partner to lead a high-impact client portfolio, owning commercial performance, strategy, and team capability across media, data, and creative. You will influence senior stakeholders, shape long-term roadmap, and drive agency-wide initiatives including AI and automation.

You will partner with the Client Delivery Centre of Excellence, ensuring high-quality outputs, trusted advisory, and measurable business value for top-tier clients.

Qualifications

• Must have direct senior consultancy or agency leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex insights into clear, structured recommendations.
• Strong client relationships and strategic business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Run your client portfolio as an independent business unit, unlocking growth and value.
• Lead the development and deployment of Effectiveness Roadmaps and KAPs to steer C-suite decisions.
• Set a single, commercially grounded narrative integrating Media, Data and Creative outputs.
• Frame complex challenges into hypotheses, experiments, and actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with the Client Delivery Centre of Excellence to ensure output quality and operational excellence.
