About the role

Are you an enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for a role that offers freedom, variety, and the chance to make a real impact? Heart of Supply is excited to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support our wonderful partner schools in Bourne the surrounding villages from January 2026.

What you will need
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
