Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking qualified primary teachers to join our team in Salford and the Greater Manchester area. Roles range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term positions, with the possibility to go permanent if the match with the school is right.

We offer flexible start dates, a supportive network of schools with a strong team ethos, and opportunities to move from long-term cover to a permanent role. DBS checks and safeguarding commitments are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs welcome)
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Positive, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and use it to shape teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

Location: Salford area, Greater Manchester

Pay: 140- 180 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time or flexible, Monday-Friday
Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles, with the potential to go permanent
Start date: November (after half term)

The Role
