Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking qualified primary teachers to join our Bolton area partner schools in Greater Manchester. You can take on long-term, short-term or day-to-day supply roles with flexible start dates.

Plan engaging lessons, foster inclusive classrooms, monitor progress, and collaborate with support staff. All roles include potential for permanency and a supportive team ethos.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with primary teaching experience.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting; ECTs welcome.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Positive, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe to learn.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child.

Location: Bolton area, Greater Manchester

Pay: 140- 180 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time or flexible, Monday-Friday
Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles, with the potential to go permanent
Start date: November (after half term)

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
