Empowering Learning Ltd in the Salford area is actively seeking qualified primary teachers to join our team. We partner with primary schools across Salford and Greater Manchester to place teachers in long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles with flexible start dates.

Whether you want a long-term class of your own, a short-term role to explore a school, or the flexibility of day-to-day supply, we’ll help you find the right fit.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS qualified to teach in primary schools.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs welcome).
• Solid understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Positive, resilient and adaptable with strong teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons meeting every learner's needs.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and families to support student outcomes.

Job description

Location: Salford area, Greater Manchester

Pay: £140-£180 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time or flexible, Monday-Friday

Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles, with the potential to go permanent

Start date: November (after half term)

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every childWe're Looking For
