Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is seeking qualified primary teachers to join a team working across Salford and the Greater Manchester area. Roles include long-term class teaching, short-term placements, or day-to-day supply with options to go permanent if a good fit.

We offer start dates in November after half term, with a focus on flexible scheduling and a supportive school network. CPD and safeguarding training are provided to help you settle quickly.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs welcome)
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Positive, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

Pay: 140- 180 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time or flexible, Monday-Friday
Contract: Day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles, with the potential to go permanent

The Role
