Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher for long-term placements in Bury and surrounding areas. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress. The role offers consistent work Monday to Friday and a pathway to permanent positions where vacancies exist.

You will join a supportive agency with ongoing CPD and a dedicated consultant who matches you to suitable schools and opportunities to progress into permanent roles.

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester (schools across the borough)
Pay: 140- 180 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Long-term and ongoing roles, with the potential to go permanent
Start date: After half term

We're looking for classroom teachers for long-term roles, and we'll talk you through the schools we work with to find the right match for you. The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs also welcome to apply)
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• A positive, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
