Job summary

Empowering Learning is seeking qualified primary teachers to join our Bolton network. We place teachers in day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles across Bolton schools, with flexible start dates after half term.

Offer is £140-£180 per day depending on experience, with options for long-term placements and a choice of welcoming schools and supportive teams. Great for a fresh start or more breathing space in your timetable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting; ECTs welcome.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Positive, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting every learner's needs.
• Create a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and use it to shape teaching.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Work with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise outcomes.

The Role
