Empowering Learning Ltd in Salford is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school. You'll support pupils in class and small groups, helping them stay focused and engaged and work with the class teacher to deliver lessons.

This long-term role offers a route to permanent employment, a friendly team, and genuine opportunities to grow in education, SEN or pastoral pathways. Training and full support are provided.

Competenze

• Previous experience working with children, in school or a similar setting.
• A patient, caring and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn (full support provided).

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Pay: 470- 570 per week (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, term time
Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to go permanent
Start date: November

The Role
