Empowering Learning Ltd in Bury is seeking qualified Primary teachers for long-term placements across the borough. You will plan engaging lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress while collaborating with support staff to get the best from every child.

Long-term roles with potential permanent offers, access to CPD, and a dedicated consultant to match you to schools are on offer. Competitive daily pay and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• QTS required for the role.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting; ECTs welcome.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester (schools across the borough)
Pay: 140- 180 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Long-term and ongoing roles, with the potential to go permanent
Start date: After half term

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom where children feel safe to learn
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs also welcome to apply)
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• A positive, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
