Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lessons in the absence of a teacher.
  • Assist with planning and assessment, providing insights into students' progress.
  • Encourage and foster independence in pupils.
  • Support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver differentiated support.
  • Uphold school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion.
