Main duties of the job

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and play a key role in an organisation dedicated to making a real difference to patient care.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision‑making using a holistic and evidence‑based approach.

Role Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
  • Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice
  • Ability to deliver evidence‑based, clinically effective, and cost‑effective care
  • Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision
  • Openness to contributing to practice‑based research and service development, where appropriate
