Teleperformance is seeking a Pricing Manager - Commercial Architect to shape pricing for TP's largest deals across EMEA. You will design innovative, outcome-based commercial models and partner with senior sales and solution leaders to win profitable growth.

In this role, you will develop cost models, pricing narratives, and TCO analyses; collaborate with Solution Architects, Bid Managers, Sales, Finance and Operations, and guide pricing approvals while protecting margins.

Formación

• 4+ years of pricing, costing, financial modelling or commercial analysis in BPO/technology services or similar.
• Proven experience pricing complex, multi-year service contracts.
• Strong understanding of BPO/CX cost structures.
• Expert Excel and financial modelling skills; solid grasp of P&L, margin, cash flow and ROI.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• CFA, CMA, Financial Modelling or Professional Pricing Society certification.
• Experience with pricing optimisation tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsabilidades

• Shape pricing strategies with Solution Architects, Bid Managers and Sales, using market benchmarks and competitive insight.
• Build cost models for complex, multi-year transformation bids, covering labour, technology, facilities, transition and ongoing operations.
• Run sensitivity, break-even and scenario analyses to inform pricing strategy and risk.
• Write clear pricing narratives and TCO analyses for clients, and manage internal pricing approvals based on margin, risk and deal size.
• Build pricing templates and tools, and train Sales and Pre-Sales teams to use them.
