Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Pricing Manager - Commercial Architect to shape pricing for large, multi-year deals across EMEA. The role partners with senior sales and solution leaders to design outcome-based commercial models, plus AI-powered pricing automation.

You will build cost models, run analyses, and craft pricing narratives to protect margins while driving growth in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pricing, costing, financial modelling or commercial analysis in BPO/technology services
• Proven experience pricing complex, multi-year service contracts
• Strong understanding of BPO/CX cost structures
• Expert Excel and financial modelling skills, with solid grasp of P&L, margin, cash flow and ROI
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
• CFA, CMA, financial modelling or Professional Pricing Society certification
• Experience with pricing optimisation tools and AI-powered automation

Responsibilities

• Shape pricing strategies for large, multi-year deals across EMEA
• Build cost models for complex bids covering labour, technology, facilities, transition and ongoing operations
• Run sensitivity, break-even and scenario analyses to inform pricing decisions
• Develop pricing templates and tools and train Sales teams
• Write clear pricing narratives and TCO analyses for clients and obtain internal approvals
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Bid Managers and Sales to secure profitable growth
