Job summary

Teleperformance Ltd in the UK is seeking a pricing and commercial analyst to shape the economics of TP's bids across EMEA. You will design cost models, run analyses and partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to optimize margins in multi-year deals.

The role requires 4+ years of pricing, finance or commercial analysis, strong Excel skills and experience with AI-powered pricing tools. A relevant degree is preferred and a proactive, business-facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pricing, costing, financial modelling or commercial analysis in BPO/technology services.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and margins.
• Expert Excel and financial modelling skills with ability to explain concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CMA, or Professional Pricing Society are a plus.
• Experience with pricing optimisation tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

• Build cost models for complex, multi-year transformation bids.
• Run sensitivity, break-even and scenario analyses to inform pricing strategy.
• Shape pricing strategies with Solution Architects, Bid Managers, and Sales.
• Design commercial structures (outcome-based, gain-share, tiered pricing) and rate cards.
• Write pricing narratives and total cost of ownership analyses for clients.
• Create pricing templates and train Sales teams to use them.
