Job summary

TP is seeking a Pricing Manager - Commercial Architect to design and optimise pricing for large, multi-year deals across EMEA. You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Finance and Operations to build cost models, TCO analyses and innovative pricing structures.

Candidates bring 4+ years in pricing or commercial analysis, with strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and a track record of handling complex contracts. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are available within TP offices.

Qualifications

4+ years of pricing, costing, financial modelling or commercial analysis experience in BPO, tech services or consulting
Proven experience pricing complex, multi-year service contracts
Strong understanding of cost structures in BPO/CX
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills with grasp of P&L, margin and ROI
Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences

Responsibilities

Build cost models for complex, multi-year transformation bids
Run sensitivity, break-even and scenario analyses to inform pricing strategy and risk
Shape pricing strategies with Architects, Bid Managers and Sales using benchmarks
Design commercial structures such as outcome-based, gain-share and tiered pricing
Write clear pricing narratives and TCO analyses for clients and secure approvals
Build pricing templates and tools and train Sales teams to use them
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Finance and Operations across EMEA to win profitable deals
