Teleperformance seeks a Pricing Manager – Commercial Architect to shape pricing for large, multi-year deals across EMEA. You will design innovative commercial models, partner with senior sales and solution leaders, and craft cost-based pricing while protecting margins and reducing risk.

The role is remote or hybrid from a TP office location. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in pricing, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and experience with complex contracts and pricing optimisation

Formación

For pricing, costing, financial modelling or commercial analysis in BPO/tech/consulting industry, 4+ years.
Proven experience pricing complex, multi-year service contracts.
A strong understanding of BPO/CX cost structures.
Expert Excel and financial modelling skills with solid P&L, margin, cash flow and ROI knowledge.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
CFA, CMA, financial modelling or Professional Pricing Society certification.
Experience with pricing optimisation tools and AI-powered automation.

Responsabilidades

Your numbers directly shape which deals TP wins.
Work on large, multi-year contracts with international clients.
Use AI and automation to make pricing faster and smarter, fully remote across EMEA.
Build cost models for complex, multi-year transformation bids, covering labour, technology, facilities, transition and ongoing operations.
Run sensitivity, break-even and scenario analyses to inform pricing strategy and risk.
Shape pricing strategies with Solution Architects, Bid Managers and Sales, using market benchmarks and competitive insight.
Design commercial structures such as outcome-based, gain-share and tiered pricing, along with rate cards and contract terms.
Write clear pricing narratives and TCO analyses for clients, and manage internal pricing approvals based on margin, risk and deal size.
Build pricing templates and tools, and train Sales and Pre-Sales teams to use them.
