Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Automotive Service/Parts Advisor to bridge the gap between retail clients and the workshop team in Weybridge. The role combines service and parts advisory duties, with a salary of £30,000–£37,000 per year and no weekends.

You will source genuine parts, manage inventory, provide transparent estimates, handle invoicing, and deliver excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence is required.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Are you an experienced Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to step off the tools and into a customer-facing role? We are seeking a Dual Service & Parts Advisor to serve as the vital link between our retail clients and the workshop team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serving as the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain diagnostic findings and repair scopes clearly.
• Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for genuine parts to keep active service, repair, and bodyshop jobs moving efficiently.
• Providing transparent estimates, fixed-price job invoicing, and customer updates to deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Utilizing your hands-on automotive background (ex-technicians strongly encouraged to apply) to uphold strict quality control standards.
