Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Haywards Heath dealership. You will be the main contact for retail customers, trade accounts, and workshop staff, ensuring accurate parts identification, stock management, and fast fulfillment.

The role requires proven automotive parts sales experience, strong communication, and Excel skills for inventory control; multilingual abilities are a plus. Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are mandatory.

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership parts department.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first approach.
• Excel proficiency for inventory tracking and stock management.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, parts compatibility, and electronic catalogs.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 basic per annum + Uncapped OTE / Commission
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Role Overview

Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist to join our busy dealership team. In this vital role, you will act as the key point of contact for retail customers, trade accounts, and workshop technicians—ensuring the precise identification, stock management, and supply of vehicle parts and accessories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales, parts counter support, or a dealership parts department.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, data entry, and stock management.
• Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, parts compatibility, and electronic catalogs.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base.
• Full UK Driving Licence and United Kingdom work authorization (required).

• Base: Haywards Heath (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A272 and nearby A23, offering quick commutes across Mid Sussex and West Sussex.
