Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, standard workshop hours (with occasional Saturday shifts required)

In this key dual role, you will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for our loyal customer base, handling vehicle bookings, sourcing specialist parts, providing quotes, and keeping the workshop workflow running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Parts Advisor within the automotive trade.
• Solid understanding of vehicle parts, servicing routines, and customer service standards (4x4 or Land Rover knowledge is a distinct advantage).
• Strong communication skills with an organised, proactive mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.
