We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time prescription clerk, working 26 hours per week. Our prescription team work between 8-6pm. Specific work pattern to be discussed at interview.

Attention to detail, accuracy and organisation is important in this role. Ability to work autonomously but also as a team is vital.

Main duties of the job
  • Process repeat medication requests ordered by patients, nursing homes and chemists
  • Update medications from clinical letters
  • Answering the telephone
  • Liase with chemists and other healthcare professionals in a polite, timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
