You will ensure secure processing and documentation while aligning with procedures and data protection standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organisational skills and experience with pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within healthcare or regulated environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.
• Desirable: experience with prescription workflows or telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prescription workflows and ensure requests are ready for processing.
• Check patient details, prescription information and payment status before printing.
• Coordinate prescriptions with prescribers for signature.
• Scan and reconcile signed prescriptions against electronic records.
• Support prescription labelling and the handover of documentation to the pharmacy team.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies, errors or incomplete information.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Follow company procedures and data protection requirements at all times.
