Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model and ensure each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail team with service excellence, authentic engagement, and meticulous execution to drive brand loyalty and movement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn, with resilience and coachability when learning new products or processes.
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a track record of consistent performance and following SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit.
• Meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
