ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver a premium, personalized fan experience in-store, embodying our Cloud CX philosophy to create wow moments and a seamless, customer-centric operation.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will drive brand loyalty through outstanding service, engage fans, handle requests with effective solutions, and support weekend/evening/holiday coverage to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Understanding of service excellence and fan engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
