Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador, delivering a premium, personalized guest experience in-store. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will uphold brand standards with attention to detail and authentic service. You bring 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, a growth mindset, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• Reliable with a track record of adhering to retail SOPs.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with premium retail execution.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

• Act as brand ambassador and primary creator of the in-store guest experience.
• Deliver Cloud CX Premium service standards with a focus on detail.
• Support the Store Leader and Retail team with exceptional service.
