Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and coaching when new products or processes are introduced.
• Reliable and accountable with a track record of consistent performance and adhering to SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset to meet goals through collaboration.
• Meticulous attention to detail and presentation, reflecting premium retail standards.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
