Job summary

ON RUNNING in Greater London seeks a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and create a premium in-store guest experience with a detail-oriented approach. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model to make every guest feel welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail function by delivering excellence through service with authenticity, driving loyalty and upholding high standards of presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and passion for learning; coachable when learning new products.
• Reliable and accountable with adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Store Advisor serves as brand ambassador and creates premium in-store guest experiences.
• Support retail function by delivering excellent service and authentic engagement.
• Follow Cloud CX Premium service model to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Report to Store Leader and align with Retail team goals and SOPs.
