Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and to craft premium in-store experiences in London. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model, welcoming guests with warmth and precision while upholding the brand's standards of service and presentation.

You will report to the Store Leader and support the retail team in delivering excellence, reliability and authentic interactions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and value meticulous execution, this is for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new products/processes.
• Reliable with adherence to retail SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude.
• Attention to detail and premium retail execution.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
