Job summary

ON in-store role focusing on delivering a premium, personalized fan experience. You will apply Cloud CX principles to create wow moments and ensure a seamless, customer-centric operation.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail by performing at a high level, fostering brand loyalty and contributing to an authentic store experience for fans during weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong understanding of service excellence and ability to address fans’ needs.
• Excellent communication and ability to give constructive feedback to improve store processes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, in-store fan experiences aligned with Cloud CX philosophy.
• Support the retail function to maintain high service standards and brand loyalty.
• Engage fans, address needs, and provide effective solutions while driving store performance.
