Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in automotive retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to explain vehicle health recommendations clearly to customers.
• Proactive in promoting service plans and aftersales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check-in to follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and maintenance.
