Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for service customers from check-in to follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote and sell Service Care Plans and vehicle health services.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
• Manage courtesy car bookings, drop-offs/pick-ups and appointments.
• Upsell extras and value products while keeping customers informed.
