You will upsell Vehicle Health Checks, service plans and other aftercare products, with a focus on customer excellence and driving revenue. The role involves coordinating with technicians, managing bookings and keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in service advisory or sales within automotive retail.
• Ability to upsell service plans and aftersales products.
• Strong customer-focused approach and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact for service customers from check-in to follow-up.
• Promote and sell Vehicle Health Checks and service plans.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and updates to customers.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and appointment scheduling.
• Upsell extras, accessories and value products.
