Job summary

Stratstone Warrington Audi is recruiting a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional experience while promoting aftersales solutions and services to enhance safety and performance.

You’ll focus on driving revenue through Vehicle Health Checks, service plan sales and tailored aftercare products, while upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Digitally competent with Microsoft Office and dealership IT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Build genuine trust by understanding each customer’s needs and advising on safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote and upsell services identified through the vehicle health check, helping customers stay safe and roadworthy.
• Support customer retention by promoting Service Care Plans and forward-booking future work.
• Collaborate with Technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated.
• Manage service functions such as courtesy car bookings, collections/deliveries, and appointment scheduling.
• Build knowledge of products and services and represent the brand with pride.
• Inform customers of available extras and value products to maximise upsell opportunities.
