Stratstone Porsche Wolverhampton is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the main link between customers and our workshop. You will promote aftersales services, upsell vehicle health check solutions, and help maximise revenue while delivering a premium customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and collaboration with technicians to ensure timely, safe, and compliant vehicle care. A base salary with uncapped earning potential is offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless, premium experience from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote and upsell services identified through the vehicle health check to keep vehicles safe and compliant.
• Support customer retention by promoting Service Care Plans and forward-booking future work.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated throughout.
