Responsibilities include greeting clients, driving add-on sales, and contributing to high-energy store floor presence. Experience in luxury retail and a polished presentation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Excellent salesperson with a proven track record.
• Flexible with working patterns.
• Passionate about delivering customer service.
• Understand trends, fashion, and styling.
• Proficient in makeup skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet personal KPIs and support store targets using training, product knowledge and floor planning.
• Greet clients and drive additional and alternate sales.
• Create a sales-driven store environment with high energy.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to boost sales and retention.
• Participate in training sessions and company-led initiatives.
• Assist with visual merchandising and displays to maintain store standards.
