Job summary

Prada seeks a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience in our UK store. You will place the client at the center, fostering meaningful relationships and exceeding sales targets while promoting Prada's philosophy and values across in-store and ecommerce channels.

You will demonstrate deep product knowledge, guide customers through the brand universe, and use CRM data to tailor the service, ensuring a seamless Omnichannel experience and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium brands.
• Understanding of luxury customer service.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center to provide an exceptional service.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Meet KPI goals with high-quality sales and service.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Prada products and brand DNA.
• Capture customer data in CRM to personalize relationships.
• Embrace and promote Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury fashion trends to advise customers.
• Own resolution of client complaints with guidance.
• Care for products with the highest level of attention.
• Use company digital tools to deliver integrated luxury experiences.
• Host and conduct customer appointments in person or via virtual.
• Work with Back of House on daily store operations and stock room.
• Follow operational guidelines on stock, security, cash, and reporting.
• Be a team player and foster open communication for exceptional experiences.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain brand standards.
