Frasers Group is seeking a Floor Manager for the Derry store to lead a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, driving commercial success and growth. You will oversee stock packages, lead floor walks, and run training sessions to enhance product knowledge across premium brands.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of service while collaborating with store management and head office teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong customer service with an established local client network.
• Experience achieving sales targets and managing budgets and stock levels.
• Excellent product knowledge of brands, trends, and materials.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including merchandising and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the business.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to drive commercial performance and KPIs.
• Coach and develop Retail Managers and Sales Advisors.
• Partner with Store Manager and Head Office on stock, training, and development.
