Job summary

FRASERS in Derry is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high-end retail team, drive store performance and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, manage stock packages and run training sessions to boost product knowledge.

The role emphasizes commercial success, team leadership, and development within Frasers Group. Aiming to maintain brand standards, you’ll interact with stakeholders and align with strategic objectives in a luxury retail

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management or similar high-end environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
Strong customer service mindset with focus on client expectations.
Experience managing budgets and stock levels.
Excellent product knowledge and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance and commercial success.
Lead and develop store team; coach, guide and support staff.
Support development and progression of team members.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and policy adherence.
Monitor store KPIs, wage controls, and loss prevention; manage stock and audits.
