Qualifications

• Premium or luxury fashion retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Excellent product knowledge of brands, fashion trends and materials.
• Understanding of merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's commercial performance as part of the leadership team and KPIs.
• Lead and coach the store team, guiding performance and development.
• Collaborate with Store Management to implement strategic plans and deadlines.
• Analyse data and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and actions.
• Oversee stock controls, audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
