Job summary

House of Fraser in Belfast is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead a sales team in our premium fashion environment. You will drive commercial performance, manage stock, and deliver training to maximise product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to Store Manager, you will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational standards. A minimum of 1+ year in luxury fashion retail and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide team in fast-paced retail.
