Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Sales Advisors within the Merry Hill store and drive commercial performance
• Support in stock management and stock package coordination with head office
• Lead training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer experience
• Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and visual standards
• Maintain KPI focus and build strong relationships with stakeholders
