Job summary

Frasers Norwich store is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Advisors and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences across premium fashion brands.

You will report to the Store Manager and oversee daily operations, coaching, stock control and KPIs, ensuring policy compliance and a guest-focused shopping environment that reflects Frasers’ standards.

• Be responsible for your department and team's performance

• Work closely with your Store Management team, acting on feedback and working towards targets and deadlines

• Display exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor and achieve store-level KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction
