Sytner Group at Leeds Audi is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep customers updated at every stage, liaise with technicians about statuses, and offer the best advice on our products and services.

Weekend shifts may be required to provide the highest level of service.

Qualifications

• Customer service background, preferably in retail or automotive environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand needs.

Responsabilités

• Act as the link between customers and workshop staff.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and status updates.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
